Anjanette became Executive Director in January 2022. She has a master’s in Nonprofit and Civic Leadership and a B.S. in Communication & Public Relations, both from Drury University.
As a hospice volunteer, Anjanette understands the care and support individuals and families need at the end-of-life.

Regina joined the board in 2017 and has served as president since 2020. Regina is an advocate for advance planning and helped develop the Bucket List +1 program to ensure that individuals have the resources they need to document their end-of-life wishes. She is a professor emerita at Drury University’s Department of Communication.
Matt Day is the Executive Assistant to the Executive Director of Hospice Foundation of the Ozarks. He brings over 12 years of customer service experience. Originally from West Plains, Missouri, Matt has made the Springfield area his home for the past 21 years. His love for the Ozarks and the community is strong. He has developed a passion for the Hospice Foundation of the Ozarks and its mission, getting the community educated on hospice and palliative care and health care directives. Matt has recently joined the Republic Chamber and looks forward to getting involved in that growing community. In Matt’s free time, he enjoys spending time with his spouse and kids, camping, and fishing on the Niangua River.
