Hospice Foundation of the Ozarks awards grants to organizations that are involved in end-of-life services and education.
The Foundation supports hospice, palliative care, advance directives, grief and bereavement services, educational programs, and other activities which nurture informed personal choices and respect for diverse cultural identities during the end-of-life experience.
To promote awareness of and have a commitment to end-of-life care in Southwest Missouri.
Hospice Foundation of the Ozarks was founded in 1997 as a nonprofit foundation to champion the benefits of hospice care and provide grants to support a wide scope of end-of-life services in the Ozarks.
Our philanthropic reach has extended to include a variety of grief and bereavement services, hospice care, palliative care, community outreach and other vital disciplines. Education has been a vital component of our mission.
