HFO accepting grant proposals Feb. 1 – April 1, 2020

The Hospice Foundation of the Ozarks is seeking proposals for innovative programs and projects that promote awareness of and commitment to end-of-life care in Southwest Missouri. Proposals will be accepted Feb. 1, 2020, through midnight on Wednesday, April 1, 2020.

Project areas of interest to the selection committee include:

  • Programs that educate medical and hospice staff on practices that improve the quality of end-of-life care.
  • Initiatives that empower individuals and families to become well-informed on advance care planning and resources that support dignity at life’s end.
  • Projects that elevate community conversation and preparedness for compassionate care.

Organizations with 501(c) status are eligible to apply for a grant.

The next call for proposals will occur Aug. 1, 2020 – Oct. 1, 2020.
