The Hospice Foundation of the Ozarks is seeking proposals for innovative programs and projects that promote awareness of and commitment to end-of-life care in Southwest Missouri. Proposals will be accepted through midnight on Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2019.
Project areas of interest to the selection committee include:
- Programs that educate medical and hospice staff on practices that improve the quality of end-of-life care.
- Initiatives that empower individuals and families to become well-informed on advance care planning and resources that support dignity at life’s end.
- Projects that elevate community conversation and preparedness for compassionate care.
Organizations with 501(c) status are eligible to apply for a grant.
